The flat iron-like building located at the intersection of Avenue of the Americas and Sullivan Street is designed by Montroy Anderson DeMarco and Cary Tamarkin of Tamarkin Co. The building's exterior features industrial elements like brick, divided light windows, and corbelled brick piers. The tower houses 19 residential units, each occupying an entire floor.
