The 16-story tower in 10 Sullivan is now nearing completion, based on images published by Field Condition. The flat iron-like building located at the intersection of Avenue of the Americas and Sullivan Street is designed by Montroy Anderson DeMarco and Cary Tamarkin of Tamarkin Co.

The building's exterior features industrial elements like brick, divided light windows, and corbelled brick piers. The tower houses 19 residential units, each occupying an entire floor. It also boasts duplex penthouses on the 12th and 13th floors and a penthouse occupying four floors, 14th to 16th floors, and the rooftop.

10 Sullivan is owned by Property Markets Group and Madison Equities.
