10 Sullivan in Soho now nearly complete

The 16-story tower in 10 Sullivan is now nearing completion, based on images published by Field Condition. The flat iron-like building located at the intersection of Avenue of the Americas and Sullivan Street is designed by Montroy Anderson DeMarco and Cary Tamarkin of Tamarkin Co.

The building's exterior features industrial elements like brick, divided light windows, and corbelled brick piers. The tower houses 19 residential units, each occupying an entire floor. It also boasts duplex penthouses on the 12th and 13th floors and a penthouse occupying four floors, 14th to 16th floors, and the rooftop.

10 Sullivan is owned by Property Markets Group and Madison Equities.

144 Duane Street for rent at $135,000 per month

The mansion at 144 Duane Street once owned by George Soros is now available for $135,000 a month. It is not Lower Manhattan's priciest rental listing.

The property at 144 Duane Street includes a triplex penthouse with eight bedrooms and 13.5 bathrooms, several guest apartments, a basketball court, and a basement gym.

"The property is perfect for a celebrity or someone who needs privacy," said Yoko Sanada of Doublas Elliman. "They're able to have their own space and for their staff to have a place to stay, as well."

Financier Boris Jordan bought a penthouse at beachfront condo building 321 Ocean in Miami Beach for $20 million. Now after six months, Jordan and his wife, photograper and philanthropist Elizabeth, are putting the penthouse back to the market for $53 million.

According to Jorge Uribe, a listing agent at ONE Sotheby's International Realty, the penthouse has:

  • Roughly 6,800 square feet, with about 6,400 square feet of outdoor space

  • Dining table for 40 people
